Just the Job Sessions
We recognise the need for the Council's workforce to reflect and celebrate the diverse nature of the community and are keen to work in partnership to develop new methods of recruitment and communication. Our aim is to encourage more people from a wider range of backgrounds to apply to work for Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council.
'Just the Job' sessions are designed with this in mind and provide straight forward advice and information about the Council as an employer. The sessions are run by Xentrall Recruitment Services who are responsible for supporting recruitment campaigns within the Council and can provide information and guidance on how to apply.
We provide a positive view of working for the Council and the sessions cover a variety of topics from advice about the type of vacancies we recruit to; detailed advice on application packs, what to expect at interview and an overview of our recruitment process.
