How do I make a complaint against a youth centre or project?

The process for dealing with complaints is:

1. Your first point of contact will be the staff at the club of project you or your child has used. If you wish to make a formal complaint you should ask the staff for a compliments and complaints form and leaflets. You should fill in the form and either hand it in to the staff at the club or project or send it to the address on the leaflet.

2. Should your complaint remain unresolved you should contact

Marc Mason, Manager Community Education on (01642) 526422, email marc.mason@stockton.gov.uk OR

Gareth Carson, After School Activities Officer on (01642) 527972, email gareth.carson@stockton.gov.uk.
