Why have I received a credit note? |
|
| Credit notes are issued on pink stationery and are issued to correct overcharges or incorrect invoices. Credit notes may be issued for the full amount of the invoice or to correct a partial overcharge. If the credit results in you overpaying us we will issue a refund to you. If the credit is only partial and an amount remains outstanding we will advise you of the balance to clear. |
