Sundry Debts

Why have I received recovery letters about an invoice?

If you do not pay your invoice in full upon receipt, or keep to an arrangement made with us, recovery letters will be issued. Ultimately recovery action may result in referral of the debt to County Court to enforce payment. You may be charged an additional amount in respect of costs and fees.
