Do you take extra refuse that is placed at the side of my bin?

A wheeled bin should be more than suitable for the requirements of most families. However in most cases, the refuse collection staff will take a small amount of excess 'side' waste (up to 2 extra bags per week).

You should not place any other things out for collection such as large items of bulky household waste (e.g. mattresses, cabinets and other similar waste). For information about the bulky waste removal service please contact us.
