Stockton Borough Council, being the Burial Authority, are the owners of the Cemetery. The Council can grant to any person the Exclusive Right of Burial in a grave for a set period of years. Stockton Borough Council grant the Exclusive Right of Burial for a period of either 50 or 100 years (25 years for the Cremated Remains Garden). Please also see our "Buying a Grave" page. |
