Do I have to be a resident of Stockton to be buried in one of the Borough Cemeteries?

Although our five cemeteries are provided for the Citizens of Stockton-on-Tees, non-residents may be interred in or purchase the Rights to graves within them. There are, however, additional charges for non-residents; currently, these are one-and-a-half times the standard fee for the purchase of Rights to a grave and double the standard fee for interment.
