What if I decide to sell my property after the improvement works have been carried out, will I be penalised?

No. If you sell your property the Council will not be asking for the return of the financial assistance given. All we ask is if you sell to another landlord that you provide us with details of the new owner, so that we can make contact to discuss the tenant referncing scheme.
