If I don't comply with the conditions attached to the provision of financial assistance, what will happen?
If you fail to reference your tenants and comply with other conditions, of which there are few, the Council will remind you of your obligations. If you constantly and blatantly continue to abuse the conditions set, the Authority will seek to recover the full cost of the improvement work from you.
