No there are no catches, but there are a number of conditions that you must comply with if you accept financial assistance from the Council. Firstly you must agree to: - the contractor appointed by Accent Regeneration undertaking the works
- the works being undertaken within the agreed timescales
- payment being made direct to the contractor for works that have been carried out to the satisfaction of Accent Regeneration
- to pay your contribution to Accent Regeneration before the work commences
Furthermore you should be aware that if you fail to comply with the above conditions or provide incorrect information to help you obtain assistance you were not entitled to the Council will seek the full repayment of financial assistance paid including fees etc. |
