I want to know about my tenant's benefit claim |

We can only give you information about your tenant's claim if you are currently receiving your tenant's benefit directly from us or they have given us written permission to do so. This information will be restricted to:
- if they have claimed housing benefit
- if we have made a decision about their claim
- if we have made a payment to the tenant
- if we need more information for their claim to be processed
At no point can we tell you their personal household or financial circumstances. Tenants can withdraw their permission for us to share information with you at any time during their claim.
If you do not receive direct payments or your tenant has not given us written permission, we are unable to provide any information
