Supporting People and Housing

Who decides where the money is spent?

The local Supporting People programme is overseen by a partnership of Stockton Borough Council, North Tees Primary Care Trust and the Probation Service. The role of this partnership is to make sure that support services are planned and provided in the best way to meet local needs and priorities. The partnership also makes sure housing related support services compliment other health and social care services.
