What if the permanent accommodation I am offered is unsuitable?

Once you have been offered permanent accommodation, if you believe that it is not suitable, or you believe that the Council has not taken into account all of your circumstances, then you have the right to appeal against their decision. The appeal must be made within 21 days of the receipt of the offer letter. Please seek advice if you wish to appeal.
