Houses or flats with only 2 households
Any house or flat occupied by 3 persons or less, plus the Landlord
Houses which are converted into self contained flats in accordance with Building Regulation Approval after 1985 or where at least one third of the flats are owner-occupied.
Local Authority and Housing Association owned properties
Educational and Health Service accommodation
Houses registered under the Registered Homes Act 1984 (Registered Care Homes) and Childrens Act 1989 (Childrens Homes)
Properties subject to control orders
