What is your policy for children who need special educational provision? (primary)

We are responsible for providing education for pupils with special educational needs. A child in need of special education, for example, a child with a physical disability or a child with a visual or hearing impairment, or any other educational difficulties, will normally have been identified at an early stage. If while your child is at primary school you feel that they need special education, you should contact the head teacher or the Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator to discuss the difficulties. If you feel your child needs extra help, you should also contact the head teacher or the Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator.
