Light Pollution

What light related problems will Environmental Health investigate?

As a general rule the legislation allows us to deal with light intrusion issues from artificial lighting from domestic and commercial and industrial premises. However lighting from transport facilities such as railways & airports or freight depots, lighthouses, prisons and defence premises are excluded.
