What is Stockton Borough Council doing to assess air quality?

Review and Assessment of Air Quality in the Borough was last carried out in April 2006 and concluded that the government targets for air quality are being achieved now and are likely to be achieved by the target date in the future.
A further Review and Assessment of Air Quality will be completed by the end of May 2009 and will be published on this site .Further reviews will be carried out at three yearly intervals after that .

We also produce annual air quality progress reports which are published on this site .


Copies of the above reports are posted available for download from the Air Quality Information section of this site ;they are also is available in the Stockton Reference Library or at our offices.
