2. Why should I complete a registration form? |
|
- If you do not register then you cannot exercise your democratic right to vote in any election.
- The register is used by credit reference agencies and by the courts to call people for jury service.
- It is the law that every house must complete an electoral register form. The Council may contemplate taking legal proceedings against householders who fail to return their registration form.
