Information Request and Bailiff Warning Notice

I do not want to return the form, what will happen?

When you contact Customer Services to make an arrangement for payment the information will be requested over the telephone.

An arrangement will not be entered into until you provide this information.

If you do not return the form or make an arrangement for payment your account may be passed to the Bailiff for collection which will incur additional costs.

A penalty notice may also be sent to you for non-compliance which could incur a fine of up to £1,000 and result in you receiving a criminal record.
