Attachment to Earnings, Income Support or Pension Credits

I am no longer working, what do I need to do?

You should contact Customer Services on 01642 397108 to advise of your current financial situation.

If you are in receipt of Jobseekers Allowance, Income Support or Pension Credits we can apply to have deductions taken directly from your benefits.

If you are not in receipt of these benefits you will need to make a suitable arrangement for repayment of the outstanding balance.

If you are awarded any Council Tax benefit you will be notified of your entitlement and your outstanding balance will be reduced accordingly.
