Can I stop paying subject to my appeal? |

Making an appeal does not allow you to withold payment of Business Rates. If your appeal is successful, you will be entitled to a refund of any overpaid rates. In certain circumstances, you will be entitled to a prescribed amount of interest on the amount which has been overpaid.
