My appeal has reduced my rateable value, why are my charges the same?
This will probably be due to the transitional phasing scheme which can limit the amount rate charges are allowed to fall after the introduction of a new rating list. If your charges were already subject to such a limit they will continue to apply until your property 'drops out' of phasing.
