How much do you charge to hold keys for Businesses?

All our staff have received training from Cleveland Police in P.A.C.E. and other aspects of legal administration, they are first-aiders and all have gone through rigorous training and checks with the appropriate authorities.

We can offer alarm monitoring, key holding, boarding up (providing you supply the material on site). We would attend your alarm activation and check your property, reset the alarm and submit a report for an additional fee of £45.00 plus VAT per callout.

We charge £110.00 plus VAT per annum for the key holding service.
