Do you monitor alarms for homes and businesses?

Yes, we provide alarm monitoring for homes and business.

All our staff have received training from Cleveland Police in P.A.C.E. and other aspects of legal administration, they are first-aiders and all have gone through rigorous training and checks with the appropriate authorities.

We can offer alarm monitoring, key holding, boarding up (providing you supply the material on site). We would attend your alarm activation and check your property. Reset the alarm and submit a report.

Our charges are as follows:

Alarm Monitoring - £107 per annum for business premises or £49 per annum for private house alarms.

CCTV Monitoring on alarm - £107 per annum

Key holding - £107 per annum for business premises or £49.00 per annum for private house keys.
All charges exclusive of VAT.

What will happen if my alarm goes off?

In the first instance, the key holder will be contacted. If they are not available a Security Officer will come and check the premises. This will incur a initial call out charge of £44 plus VAT and £11.10 for every hour thereafter.
