Roseberry Library is located at the west end of Billingham Shopping Precinct on 'The Causeway' facing the roundabout at Roseberry Road. The Health Clinic is immediately adjacent and Stockton & Billingham College very close, whilst other amenities found at the Town Centre such as bus stops, Council Offices, the Forum, Art Gallery etc. are less than five minutes walk.
The Library is a light and spacious building offering a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

Monday, Thursday and Friday: 10.00 am to 5.00 pm
Tuesday, Wednesday: 10.00 am to 7.00 pm
Saturday: 10.00 am to 12.30 pm |

| Disabled Access |
|
| 2 car parking spaces reserved for disabled customers. The library also has a ramp up to one of the doors, however access to the Reference Library is via a spiral staircase and also steps leading down to the lower section of the lending library. Staff will however gladly fetch items needed from these areas, and a table is available downstairs to which a wheelchair may be drawn. |
