Fairfield Library |
|
Fairfield Library is situated in the Western Suburbs of Stockton, at the junction of Fairfield Road, Greens Lane and Oxbridge Lane (next door to Ian Ramsey School). It is conveniently situated for residents of the Fairfield, Hartburn, Oxbridge and Bishopsgarth areas, as well as the villages to the west of Stockton, e.g. Carlton, Elton, Long Newton and Redmarshall.
Direct and frequent bus services provide a link to and from all major population centres within the Borough. Although within a residential area, the library looks out upon the Green's Beck Valley, an undeveloped area of fields and woodland.
The Library has a CD-ROM PC in the Children's Library to be used (only) with the Libraries Children's CD-ROM collection. |
