Westland Way, Preston Farm Industrial Estate
Planning consent for a new office development on Westland Way was granted on 31st January 2008.
A new cycleway link between the development and the South Stockton Link, together with a toucan crossing on the South Stockton Link, have been made a condition of the consent.
The new link will connect to the main cycleway link alongside South Stockton Link and will enable pedestrians and cyclists to gain access to the development.
Details of the scheme are shown on the attached drawing no. D2/103/1/3.
