A174 Parkway Extension, Access to Teesside Industrial Estate
A new roundabout is proposed on the A174 Parkway extension to provide access to the Teesside Industrial Estate. The works will enable industrial traffic to access the industrial estate from the A19 without the need to use Thornaby Road.
The works are a condition of a planning consent for access improvements to the industrial estate which was granted on the 26th February 2008.
Details of the scheme are shown on the attached drawing no. D2/75/1/2
