Preston Lane, Eaglescliffe
A new footpath is to be constructed on Preston Lane to link a new housing development at Preston Farm with the existing footpath outside number 14 Preston Lane.
The works are a condition of the planning consent for the housing development which was granted on the 12 February 2009.
