Durham Tees Valley Airport, Access to Southside Development
A new roundabout is to be constructed on the A67 to provide access to the Southside Development at the Durham Tees Valley Airport.
The roundabout will access onto a new link road which will be constructed under a separate contract by the site developer.
The works are a condition of the outline planning consent for the development which was granted by the Secretary of State on 27th September 1999 following a public inquiry into the development.
Details of the scheme are shown on the attached drawing no. D2/84/1/1.
