A1027 Yarm Road, Access To Housing Site
A new signalised access is to be constructed into a proposed housing development on the former Visqueen site off Yarm Road. This access together with improvements on the southbound approach of Yarm Road to the A66 were made a condition of a planning consent for the housing development which was obtained in December 2009.
