Rights of Way Improvement Plan
Publication of the Rights of Way Improvement Plan (Final)
In accordance
with the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 Stockton Borough Council
has prepared a Rights of Way Improvement Plan (ROWIP).
This plan identifies the current issues affecting the use, management and
maintenance of the local rights of way network and the actions Stockton
Council proposes to undertake both on its own and in partnership with
others in order to improve that network towards meeting the needs of all
members of the community over the next 10 years.
On 4th December 2008, Stockton Borough Council Cabinet approved and adopted
the plan as an official Council Plan.
Click on the PDF link below to download the ROWIP. This
plan is also available on CD and paper copy which can be supplied upon
request.
