The Borough of Stockton on Tees is a fascinating mix of old and new. If you know where to look you can find traces of the past going back more than 3000 years.
We'll try to show you on these rides that you can access a wealth of history, human and physical on a bike - cheaply, quickly and easily (and you'll get fit doing it).
Grades are as follows:
1 - Easy - suitable for families, mainly off road cycle paths.
2 - Moderate - Suitable for adults/capable older children, a mixture of off and on road routes.
3 - Challenging - suitable for more experienced cyclists, and those of a good level of fitness. These rides are available as additions to a number of shorter rides.
