Asset Management

Asset Management is an integral part of the work undertaken by staff within Building Services. Full condition surveys are undertaken by Building Surveyors and Mechanical/Electrical Engineers with interim surveys by Inspectors who visit premises on a regular basis. A specialist software package is used to record all condition data plus the operational cost of each building which includes maintenance and utility costs.
