Specialist education provision

Stockton Borough Council is committed to the inclusion of all children within their local mainstream school where this is practical though we have four special schools that cater for a variety of needs.

Special schools

Catering for children from four to 11 years with profound and multiple learning difficulties, severe learning difficulties and autism.

Catering for children and young people from 11 to 19 years with profound and multiple learning difficulties, severe learning difficulties, autism, and the clinically anxious.

Age 4-16 years for children with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties.
