School Support (Behaviour)

The School Support Team in Stockton-on-Tees provides advice, support and training to schools, children, families, local authority and voluntary organisations on behaviour, social and emotional aspects of learning.

The Team's principal objective is to develop a climate for learning within mainstream schools, which establishes a positive and safe environment for children to reach their full potential. This supports the reduction of exclusions and incidences of disruptive behaviour in primary and secondary schools.

The Team consists of Specialist Teachers and Specialist Teaching Assistants.
