Behaviour for Learning Service |
|
The Behaviour for Learning Service is committed to the views expressed in the Steer Report (Learning Behaviour) and implemented through the Education and Inspections Act 2006, which states that: - The quality of learning, teaching and behaviour in schools are inseparable issues and the responsibility of all staff
- All schools have the potential to raise standards if they are consistent in implementing good practice in learning, teaching and behaviour management
- Parents, pupils and schools all need to have a clear understanding of their rights and responsibilities
The various teams in the service provide a range of services to support schools, parents and pupils in translating these beliefs into practice.
