Parent Partnership

The main aim of this service is to help parents have access to support and information regarding their child's Special Educational Needs.

The Parent Partnership Officer can offer support and advice to parents during the Statutory Assessment process: Parents can also contact the Parent Partnership Officer even if their child is not Statemented or known to the SEN support services.

The Parent Partnership Officer can assist parents if they are thinking about taking a case to a Special Educational Needs Tribunal. This service does not offer representation at tribunal hearings but can put you in touch with other agencies that do offer this.

For further information please contact the Parent Partnership Officer on telephone number 01642 527158. Alternatively you can contact the service by email at gill.burnett@stockton.gov.uk. The service is impartial and confidential at all times.
