A) Tees LSCB's CP Procedures

With effect from 1st May 2012 one set of Child Protection Procedures are to be used by anyone working (paid or unpaid) for an LSCB member agency and in private or voluntary sector organisations with responsibilities for children in the Tees LSCB areas.

They have been agreed by the four LSCB’s covering Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar & Cleveland and Stockton-on-Tees as a framework for joint agency working in child protection and can be accessed using the link above or from http://www.teescpp.org.uk/

They reflect relevant legislation, guidance from central government, lessons from research and local practice. Staff that are or may be involved in protection of children need to have a working knowledge of these documents and to refer to relevant sections as needed.
