The Performance & Quality Task Group remit is to review practice and to monitor outcomes for children on a multi agency basis, including case file audits. Evaluate organisations on an individual and multi agency basis under an agreed framework including benchmarking against a set indicator. Make recommendations to other Task Groups/LSCB to assist with continuous improvement.
