Interagency Practice

The Performance & Quality Task Group remit is to review interagency practice and to monitor outcomes for children & young people on a multi agency basis. This includes undertaking case file audits and comparing information to evaluate organisations on an individual and multi agency basis under an agreed framework including benchmarking against a set indicator to assist with continuous improvement.

The ratified minutes from this Task Group can be found below, along with the Section 11 (Children Act) Guidance & Audit Toolkit which is one method that is used to reflect on the arrangements agencies have in place to discharge their functions with regard to the need to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
