Marriage and Civil Partnership Notice Fee

To give a Notice of Intention to Marry £33.50 per person

To give a Notice of Intention to register a Civil Partnership £33.50

Marriage/Civil Ceremony Partnership ceremony at the Register Office

Monday to Saturday morning: Statutory fee of £40:00 plus one certificate £3.50

Ceremony at the Ballroom, Preston Hall Museum

Preston Hall Museum is closed for refurbishment. We are now taking bookings for Marriages and Civil Partnerships to take place from September 2012 onwards.

Fees include room hire (£170.00) and one Marriage/Civil Partnership certificate (£3.50)

Monday to Wednesday: no bookings
Thursday: £268.50
Friday: £298.50
Saturday: £378.50
Sunday: £398.50

No bookings taken on bank holidays

Ceremony at Approved Premises

Fees exclude any room hire cost but includes one Marriage/Civil Partnership certificate (£3.50)

Monday to Thursday: £283.50
Friday: £323.50
Saturday: £423.50
Sunday and Bank Holiday: £473.50
