Thornaby Town Centre's fabulous new £30m look was officially launched on Saturday 25th April with a fun filled day of entertainment.

Car users parking at the Pavilion Shopping Centre are being encouraged to keep an eye out for signs informing them of new parking arrangements.  From Monday, June 15, free parking will be limited to a maximum of 3 hours with no return within 2 hours to ensure that visitors to the popular Centre can get a parking space.

The final element of the scheme - a brand new Lidl store, is currently being constructed alongside an additional 57 space car park.  It is expected that Lidl will open in August.

The refurbishment of the Pavilion Leisure Centre is also ongoing and is expected to be completed by the autumn.
