Central Stockton townscape heritage initiative

This programme seeks to offer third party grants to support structural repair and restoration works that will preserve and enhance the historic fabric of buildings and bring currently vacant floor space back into sustainable use.

Northshore regeneration

A riverside development including an iconic pedestrian and cycle bridge plus plans for new apartments and homes alongside commercial and retail space, a new hotel and leisure facilities, all in a high quality environment with modern layout and design.
