The North Shore Development is an exciting and ambitious project that will transform Stockton's Riverside.

North Shore, a 23 hectare site, is located on the Riverside opposite the University of Durhamīs Stockton Campus. This impressive project is expected to lead to an overall investment of £320m in Stockton. The North Shore development will transform Stockton's riverside and bring substantial job opportunities to the area.

This exciting new scheme will include:

Development on the site is anticipated to start Summer 2009. Development of the North Shore bridge commenced Autumn 2007.
