North Shore

The North Shore Development is an exciting and ambitious project that will transform Stockton's Riverside.

North Shore, a 23 hectare site, is located on the Riverside opposite the University of Durham´s Stockton Campus. This impressive project is expected to lead to an overall investment of £320m in Stockton. The North Shore development will transform Stockton's riverside and bring substantial job opportunities to the area.

Development on the site is anticipated to start Summer 2009. Development of the North Shore bridge commenced Autumn 2007.
