Billingham Forum Refurbishment Proposals

Billingham Forum - proposed view of reception area.The exciting £15 million refurbishment of Billingham Forum is due to start in the coming weeks. The Forum, along with the car park, is now closed and work is underway to allow the developers to begin the transformation of the centre. 

Morgan Ashurst has been appointed as the contractor to deliver the refurbishment. The plans include retaining and upgrading the existing facilities.

Visitors to Billingham are advised that the Forum car park will also close in the near future as part of the refurbishment as it will form part of the site compound.  Further information regarding the timetable of works will be published shortly.
