Consultation on Local List of Validation requirements
Consultation on Local List of Validation requirements for Planning Applications to be submitted to Stockton on Tees Borough Council from April 2008
Stockton Council has produced a List of Local validation requirements for planning applications
All interested parties have been informed of the Local List of validation requirements and making them aware of the opportunity to view and comment on the documents.
This document therefore outlines the proposed Local validation requirements of planning applications for Stockton on Tees Borough Council which may be required to be submitted as part of a planning application with effect from 1st April 2008.
This is aimed at lessening the ambiguity of what is classed as a valid planning application and enabling the Local Planning Authority to have sufficient information to confidently determine planning applications while offering a clear and detailed requirement from the outset in order to provide a fast and efficient service.
Public consultation for the Local List began on 14th December 2007 and ends 4.30pm, 31st January 2008. Please return all comments to the Development Services Manager at Planning Services Gloucester House, Church Road, Stockton on Tees TS18 1TW. All comments will be duly considered and reported to the Planning Committee for formal resolution and adoption of the local list prior to 1st April 2008
