The Boathouse Lane Planning and Design Brief

The Boathouse Lane Planning and Design Brief outlines the Council's aspirations for the area and is intended to aid comprehensive re-development. The Brief will be a material consideration in the determination of any future planning application. The Council is not proposing any development itself. This document was adopted on 23 June 2006.
