Pathfinder Housing

One of the pathfinder priorities was too improve the neighbourhood area as a place to live, and this has included evaluating the housing conditions.

From the evaluation we found very low house prices, predominantly caused by houses in a run down state, empty dwellings and poor general state of the streets and adjoining recreational areas.
