Pathfinder Board - How it works

The composition of the Board has been developed to increase the number of Board members to improve local participation. It consists of 25 lead members from the various sectors, including residents, councillors and business to name a few. A buddy system allows members to share the workload by providing a second member to vote if the lead member is unavailable to attend meetings.

The Board Chair and Vice-Chair are local residents. The Board is well supported by statutory agencies who serve as non-voting advisors. These include Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council, North Tees Primary Care Trust and Cleveland Police.
