Neighbourhood Element

Stockton Renaissance has selected the areas of Portrack, Tilery, Victoria, Queen's Park and Mount Pleasant to benefit from Neighbourhood Element funding.

Neighbourhood Element is an initiaitve funded for four years aiming to improve the quality of life for people in the most disadvantaged neighbourhoods. It ensures service providers are more responsive to neighbourhood needs and improve their delivery.

The St Ann's Development Board was established to develop the Neighbourhood Element initative in these areas.

The Neighbourhood Element funds allocated over the four years are:

2006/7: £412,800

2007/8: £516,000

2008/9: £412,800

2009/10: £258,000
